Having joined Vodafone Turkey as Head of Pricing in 2010, Levent Gemici held the roles of Head of Enterprise Product Management and Head of Strategy & Business Development, respectively.

He was appointed Customer Operations, Wholesale and Strategy Director on April, 2021.

Gemici began his career abroad and returned to Turkey in 2000 and assumed senior roles in in finance, regulatory affairs and sales in the telecom industry.

Gemici holds a Degree in Economics from Galatasaray University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Management & Organizations in Developing Countries from Paris- Dauphine University.

Additionally, Gemici attended executive programs on digital strategies and leadership in Harvard Business School and Oxford Said Business School.  

Nazli Tlabar Guler joined Vodafone Turkey as Human Resources Director in September 2022. She has 19 years of experience in human resources, and started her career in Avea where she held talent management & development and HR business partner roles.

In 2011, she moved to HSBC where she worked in HR business partnership and organizational development teams before being appointed Head of Performance, Reward and Employee Relations. In 2018, she moved to Cigna Turkey, where she worked as Human Resources and Process/ Programme Management Assistant General Manager.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Işık University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics.

Hana Jalel joined Vodafone in 2007 and held a number of roles in Vodafone Turkey and Vodafone Group including Head of Commercial Finance, Regional Head of Audit for South Europe, and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis until her appointment as Finance Director of Vodafone Turkey in April 2022.

With 23 years of experience in telecommunication and finance industries, Hana Jalel started her career in Alcatel-Lucent where she held various finance roles.

Hana Jalel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Master of Economics degree from Bilkent University.

Günce Çakır joined Vodafone Turkey as Corporate Security & Legal Director on October, 2023.

With a career spanning more than 24 years, Günce Çakır began her professional journey in a law firm focusing on criminal and commercial law, and has since accumulated extensive experience in digitalization in law, and held senior roles in the legal divisions of large multinational corporations, mainly in the banking industry.  Çakır worked in the Legal Advisory Department of Garanti Bank from 2000 to 2006. Subsequently, she joined Deutsche Bank Group, where she acted as Legal Director for Turkey and Malta for 11 years. In 2018, she went on to work for ING Bank as Executive Vice President in charge of Legal Affairs. She also assumed the roles of CEO and Board Member of ING Technology, while promoting legal culture and innovation in law at ING Global.

Çakır graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law and holds a master's degree in corporate and international law from State University of New York.

Ozlem Kestioglu joined Vodafone Turkey as Business Unit Director in June 2021. Ozlem Kestioglu began her 24-year career as an SAP consultant in 1999 and held a variety of sales roles in Oracle for 10 years. Subsequently she moved to KocSistem where she worked as a Sales Director.

She held Country Lead role for Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail and Transport Industries at Accenture before she started her own consultancy business “GrowRide”, working with tech start-ups in 2017. She joined SAP as Head of Marketing for South Europe & Francophone Africa in March 2018 and was later appointed as Head of Customer Experience Solutions for South Europe & Francophone Africa in January 2020.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering from Marmara University.

Hasan Suel joined Vodafone Turkey as External Affairs Director in 2009. In addition, he has been the Chairperson of Vodafone Turkey Foundation, leading initiatives developed to address the pressing social needs in Turkey, since 2010.

Suel was the Head of Telecommunications Department in Turkish Prime Ministry, Directorate of Privatization Administration from 1993 to 2001 and later moved to private sector where he held senior roles in corporate communications and regulatory affairs for JTI International and Aria, respectively.  

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from the Middle East Technical University, an MBA from Bilkent University as well as a PhD in Business Administration from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences.

Meltem Bakiler Sahin joined Vodafone Turkey as Vodafone Business Unit Director in 2017 and she has held Consumer Business Unit Director role since February 2021. Additionally, she is the Vice Chairperson of Vodafone Turkey Foundation.

With over 20 years of experience in technology, Sahin held local and global roles in Sony Ericsson and Procter & Gamble in the early days of her career. Sahin assumed various roles in marketing and customer experience in Turkcell and later moved to Millenicom where she held General Manager and board member roles.

Sahin is a board member of TEGV (Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey) and Women on Board Association.

Sahin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Ege University and an MBA from Bilkent University.

Aysegul Arican Seker was appointed as IT Unit Director of Vodafone Turkey on October, 2021. Additionally, she is a member of Vodafone Turkey Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

Throughout her career, she worked on many large-scale technology and digital transformation projects as well as development and management of innovation based channels. Prior to joining Vodafone Turkey, she held multiple senior leadership roles in leading Turkish banks.

Being a board member of the Association of Women in Tech, she takes an active role in initiatives that help increase the representation of women in leadership roles, particularly in technology.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the Middle East Technical University.
